Who I Help

  • Person wearing a hoodie and puffer jacket looking at a smartphone in a grassy outdoor area with mountains and cloudy sky in the background.

    Youth

Growing up isn’t simple. I support young people who feel stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by pressure at school, at home, or within themselves. Counselling can give them tools to handle stress, build confidence, and start moving toward the kind of life they want.

  • A person welding metal in a workshop, wearing a welding helmet, gloves, and a brown jacket, with sparks flying from the welding process.

    Tradespeople

Working in camps or on the tools can be tough — long shifts, isolation, and pressure to perform. I get that world, because I’ve lived it too. Counselling offers a space to unload, gain perspective, and find practical ways to deal with stress both on and off the job site.

  • A young child with blue eyes lying on an adult's shoulder, looking directly at the camera, under a porch ceiling.

    New Dads

Becoming a dad changes everything. The responsibility, lack of sleep, and shift in identity can feel overwhelming. I help new fathers find balance, manage stress, and stay present with their families while still taking care of themselves.
